Version 0.2 release

I’ve finally sorted out all the wordpress.org stuff and we’re up and running with a fresh SVN repository for this plugin. To kick things off I have released Version 0.2 of the plugin which is also the first stable release.
This release adds some nice icons to represent the direction arrows, served up using my previously mentioned technique for self-serving images with PHP. There is also some general clean-up of the code and some proper checking to ensure that there are categories/posts to actually display.
